Teachers' Health Management Practices in the Implementation of Blended Learning Modality

چکیده

COVID-19 hit the world with devastating effects that stopped usual system of our everyday lives and affected different sectors, including education. This has led Philippine Education System to implement blended learning modality as alternative traditional face-to-face. The study seeks describe health management practices teacher participants in terms protocols coming out school, communication parents, module releasing retrieval, hygiene daily practices. Stratified random sampling was used determine participants. participants' profiles were grouped by age, grade level taught, position, years service. One–way ANOVA Tukey's posthoc test treat data tested at 0.05 significance. It found there is no significant difference teachers' grade-level position. However, a experience retrieval. implies teachers 9-15 teaching apply suggested restriction retrieval more punctually than groups other experience.
